I've spent a great deal of time by myself feeling sorry for myself because of the friends who have seemed to let me go or drop me. I've spent far to much time complaining and worrying about saving those friendships. I have mistakenly ignored the great friendships I have. I am very lucky to have friends that will not leave my side. No matter what I do, how busy I get, and how obnoxious I can be. They are still next to me. During the times I feel down, I find myself reevaluating all of the people who have left me and why they have. I have not looked next to me to see the people still here. I have nothing to complain about. It amazes me they have stuck by my side for so long.
I hope they know I am here for them equally.

Dear Chelsea,
An answer to your plea!
Lately things have been hectic. I can't wait for this semester, and my first year of college to be over with. I'm pretty far behind on a few papers and with a teacher that assists me with my procrastination they will not be handed in tomorrow as well. But only 10 days left! (who's counting?)This past week has been pretty crazy with my extended family. With the loss of my Aunt Grace towards the end of the week I hope things can only go up from here. I am excited for this summer. First for the return of my friends and hopefully the return of some great times at the park. I don't mind that it sounds immature. I will be working every Monday through Thursday. Hopefully the summer will be filled with awesome adventures and multiple trips to NYC. I've been doing some research on my plans of going to Africa. I just have to find the right weeks and times. I'm also thinking of visiting India as well. There are a lot of Volunteering opportunities there that I have become really interested in.
A few weeks ago a great speaker named Ramona Africa came to speak in light of religious tolerance week. (http://www.dissidentvoice.org/Articles5/Bennett_Ramona-Africa.htm) she also talked about the MOVE organization.(http://www.onamove.com/)
I am really interested in and hope to find other people interested in supporting the MOVE organization in this area. Also, a friend of Ramona, talked about the Mumia Abu-Jamal case.(http://www.onamove.com/mumia/)Today I went into work early and took out two books Mumia wrote during his time on death row. Also I watched a video on his case. I am convinced he is wrongly convicted. I know if I had my license I would drive to Philly on the 17th. It will be Mumia's last appeal attempt and it so happens to be the day after my final exam.... I wish there was something I could do.

College has been pretty interesting, I love my classes, and I love a good handful of friends here as well. For some reason, I am completely unhappy here though.
I'm not really sure what to do about it.
This is the best school for me to do what I want to do.
The best opportunities are right.here.
But I feel like I'm going to explode here.
It's close to being unbearable.
who knows.
Everyone else seems to be having a better time.
I think I don't mind as much as long as everyone else is having a good time.
sometimes people have to have a shitty time.
I'm sure It's something I'm doing wrong.
I can't, for the life of me, meet new people.
But if I look at it all, it seems like everything is good and I shouldn't have anything to complain about.
eh.
Yesterday I went to the Band Comp here, I helped out a bit and played some mean football.
It was fun, I've missed football alot.
after football dave and i got coffee and something to eat at friendly's and then we walked to campus,
we hung out until the sun came up and then went to sleep.
around 1 Mara and Marc came by and brought us to Rudy's
It was nice.
I was called into work from 2-5. I met a new kid Josh and we seem to have a few things in common, :-)
I can only hope things will get better.
